1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are new to CloudChapter and find that your chosen plan (Starter, Narrative Pro, or Scholar Suite) isn’t the right fit, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan’s features until the end of your current billing cycle.

• No Hidden Fees: There are no fees for canceling; we believe in the freedom to come and go as your reading needs evolve.

3. Annual vs. Monthly Plans

• Starter Plans: Refunds are generally not provided after the 14-day window. You will simply not be charged for the following month once you cancel.

• Elit Plans: If you wish to cancel an Elit plan after the 14-day window, we may offer a prorated credit to your account, or a partial refund depending on the remaining duration (subject to administrative review).

4. The “Infinite Library” (Elit) Exception

Due to the customized nature of the Infinite Library and team licenses, refunds for these plans are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5. Digital Content & Credits

Any specialized digital credits or “Vault” access used during the billing period may be deducted from the final refund amount to cover the cost of the consumed digital resources.
